Terms & Conditions

Please take a moment to read these Terms and Conditions carefully as they form a legally binding contract between yourself and Hunnypot Cottage Designs. By placing an order with Hunnypot Cottage Designs you are agreeing to these terms in full.

Payment 

Payment for orders placed online or in person will be paid for in full before orders are confirmed. Depending on where you order this may be via secure connection online or by manual PayPal invoice sent directly from us. Whichever way you pay you are protected by these terms in full as soon as your order is confirmed. Once your order has been received by us, your order will be confirmed by email as later of your invoice.

Food, Personalised, Bespoke items and Made to Order

Full payment is required at the time of ordering and work will not commence until cleared payment is received.

Delivery 

All 'In-stock' items will be sent the next working day following cleared payment being received. Postage charges and methods will be made clear on item listings and are relevant for items sent within the UK only.

For items which are sent standard (no signature or tracking) proof of postage will be obtained. Should these items not arrive then Royal Mail procedures will be followed in order to locate your items. You can add of course request recorded delivery on any order for and the necessary adjustment in postage costs will be made and charged for.

For items which are sent recorded delivery/by courier, tracking information will be forwarded to you in the event of any orders not being delivered. Please be aware that no refunds will be given for missing items when a signature has been obtained.

Postage outside the UK: Hunnypot Cottage Designs are happy to send overseas (with the exception of our food items), please contact us prior to ordering to ensure we send to your destination and to get an accurate postage rate.

Returns and Refunds 

Should you not be totally thrilled with your order from Hunnypot Cottage Designs please get in touch ASAP and certainly within 14 days. You can contact us through email at enquiries@hunnypotcottgedesigns.co.uk or through our Facebook page Hunnypot Cottage Please give as much information as you can regarding the reasons you are not happy and how you would like us to proceed. Should you wish to return your item(s) (exclusions apply) please let us know within 14 days with your reason for return and we will send out the relevant form by email along with instructions on how to return your item. It will be your responsibility to ensure the item is sent back unopened, in original packaging and in a saleable condition. Hunnypot Cottage Designs reserves the right to not refund if the item(s) do not meet these conditions. It is the buyer’s responsibility to cover all return postage costs at the same level which the

item was originally sent. If you are returning a faulty item the return postage will be refunded upon receipt of the item. Once your items have been received a refund (subject to the above mentioned conditions being met) will be processed within 7 days.

Please be aware that these items are excluded from the 14 day return period and no refunds will be given once the order has been confirmed.

Cancellation 

You have 14 days from the time you place your order to cancel all or any part of it (exclusions apply). Should your order have already been sent then you will be responsible for the return postage costs should you cancel your order after it has been sent.

Food, Personalised, Bespoke items and Made to Order

These items are exempt from the 14 day cancellation period and no refunds will be given.
