These courses are for 1 or 2 Powell, which will take place in the comfort of your own home so that we can guide you on any adjustments that may be necessary for your oven, including an AGA.
ARTISAN BREAD COURSE
You will bake three and prepare dough for a further three loaves, although this can be revised to leave you with the raw ingredients to make some of these at a later date.
Chose any three from the following range of our breads.
Beetroot and Apple, Cheese and Walnut, Tea Cakes/Fruit Loaf, Chilli, Fig and Walnut, Pistachio, Potato and Rosemary, Rosemary Cheese and Onion, Sage and Onion, Seed, Sundried Tomato and Black Olive, Sundried Tomato Garlic and Mozzarella, Walnut, White and Wholemeal.
And within reason we will accept a flavour challenge.
GLUTEN FREE COURSE
You will bake three loaves including a soda and flavoured one.
Do you want to learn how to make your own buttery flaky croissants?
Well with this course you will, and to boot we will teach you how to make a couple of danish pastries as well.
Yes we cater for those choosing to follow a low carb diet. Again you will learn three different tyoes of bread.
