For those that don't know me I'm Ruth from Hunnypot Cottage aka #mrshunnypot or the #breadlady. Back in 2013 I was gifted by my children a bread making course and since then my breads have taken off so now it's my time to impart some of the skills I have learnt and pass this knowledge on.
Our bespoke artisan bread making courses take place in the comfort of your own home so that we can guide you on any adjustments that may be necessary for your oven, including an AGA.
You will bake three and prepare dough for a further three loaves, although this can be revised to leave you with the raw ingredients to make some of these at a later date.
Chose any three from the following range of our breads.
Beetroot and Apple, Cheese and Walnut, Tea Cakes/Fruit Loaf, Chilli, Fig and Walnut, Pistachio, Potato and Rosemary, Rosemary Cheese and Onion, Sage and Onion, Seed, Sundried Tomato and Black Olive, Sundried Tomato Garlic and Mozzarella, Walnut, White and Wholemeal.
Or why not choose from our Gluten Free Range Sundried Tomato, Cheese and Onion, Cheese and Chive or a flavour from our main range.
And within reason we will accept a flavour challenge.
