Have you tried and failed to make your own sourdough starter, or are you a complete novice who wants to give it a go.
This course will teach you how to make your own starter and how to care for it etc. If the different types of starters, from stiff, to poolish and sponge confuse you - then prepare to leave the course knowing the difference and when to you which one.
All equipment, ingredients will be provided.
The course takes place at
from 10.00 am for a weekday course or 10.30 am for a Sunday course and last about 1.5 hrs.
